- Introduces socialist measures
- People become unhappy "Hoovervilles"
- Then replaced by Franklin D. Roosevelt
Summary: Herbert Hoover had an idea which would not help the businesses so that they could get back on their feet by themselves, this unfortunately did not work so in return, shanty towns created were called Hoovervilles.
